DG type sub-high pressure boiler feed water pump is suitable for conveying clear water with medium temperature of -20 ℃ ~ 160 ℃ (medium pressure not exceeding 105 ℃) or non-corrosive liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The pump inlet pressure shall not exceed 0.59M(6kgf/cm2). It is widely used for boiler feed water in power plant, metallurgy, heating and other industries. It is also suitable for unit system and parent pipeline system of power plant units of power plant. The highest lift can reach 2150 meters. Description

This series of pumps adopt the hydraulic model of energy-efficient products recommended by the state. The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life and convenient installation and maintenance.

Structural characteristics

The inlet and outlet of the pump are vertically upward, and the inlet, middle, outlet and bearing body of the pump are connected into a whole by tightening bolts. Select the pump stage according to the pump head.

The rotor part of the pump is mainly composed of the shaft and the impeller installed on the shaft, the shaft sleeve, the balance plate and other parts, in which the number of the impeller is determined according to the series of the pump. The parts on the shaft are fastened with flat keys and shaft nuts to make them integrated with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. Bearings according to different models, are not subject to axial force, the axial force by the balance plate balance. Pump in operation to allow the rotor in the pump shell axial swimming, can not be used radial ball bearings. The rolling bearing is lubricated with grease, the sliding bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the oil ring is self-lubricated, and the circulating water is cooled.

The sealing surface between the inlet, middle and outlet sections of the pump is sealed with a sealant, and the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing. When the wear degree of the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, it should be replaced.

There are two sealing forms of shaft: mechanical seal and packing seal. When the pump adopts a packing seal, the position of the packing ring should be correct, the loosening degree of the packing must be appropriate, and it is appropriate for the liquid to seep out one drop at a time. All kinds of sealing components of the pump are installed in the sealing box, which should be filled with certain pressure water to act as a water seal, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.

This type of pump generally uses a rolling bearing, dry oil lubrication structure.

Bearing balance: DG type high pressure boiler pump rotor is supported by rolling bearings at both ends of the pump shaft. Lubricated with thin oil and cooled with circulating water, the axial thrust of the rotor is automatically balanced by a balance disc. The equalizing return water is returned to the suction section of the pump through the equalizing return pipe. The rotor of DG type secondary high pressure pump is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump shaft. Lubricated with thin oil and cooled with circulating water, the axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balance disc. A return pipe is installed between the balance chamber and the front section. The rotor of DG high pressure boiler pump is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump. The bearing is forced to lubricate, the pump itself is equipped with an oil system, and the axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balance disc. And with a thrust bearing, used to bear the residual axial force due to changes in working conditions, a return pipe is installed between the balance chamber body and the suction pipe.

Transmission: medium-pressure and sub-high-pressure multistage pumps are driven by electric motors through flexible couplings. Viewed from the drive direction, the pump rotates clockwise. The high-pressure pump is driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling, and can also be equipped with a toothed coupling, a diaphragm coupling, a hydraulic coupling, and the prime mover can be driven by a small steam turbine or an electric motor. From the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise.

Application

It can transport high-temperature clean water below 280 ℃, suitable for boiler feedwater, factory and urban feedwater. Suitable for conveying clean water with a temperature below 110 ° C or other non corrosive liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, widely used for boiler feedwater in industrial and mining enterprises and urban living water supply. The DG series pumps are particularly suitable for boiler feedwater and can also be widely used in industries such as pressure vessel water supply, hot water circulation, high-rise building water supply, farmland irrigation, fire boosting, hydraulic flushing, food, brewing, medicine, chemical industry, aquaculture, environmental protection, etc.
