This series of pumps are horizontal single suction multistage segmented centrifugal pumps using state-recommended hydro-module. The pump is efficient, reliable, and durable with low noise performance, easy maintenance and a wide scope of usage. We specialize in manufacturing D, DF, DY and MD series of single-suction multistage. Our pump is applicable to deliver those fluids without solid particles or any other suspended stuff, water for instance. Oily and corrosive or solid-contained fluid can be pumped using material modification, sealing methods, and cooling system adding. The max. inlet pressure shall be 0.6MPa.

Pump structure

Horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps according to their scope of use can be divided into the following types

● D type: Used for transmission of water free of solid particles and temperature below 80 ºC, or similar physical and chemical liquid.Suitable for mining, milling and city water supply and drainage.

● DG: Used for water supply of medium, low pressure and sub high pressure steel furnaces in thermal power plants, enterprise owned power plants and cogeneration projects. They are also used for water supply and drainage of factories or cities transporting sub high pressure and high temperature clean water. The temperature of conveying medium is - 20 ºC ~ 160 ºC, even highest temperature up to 200ºC with cooling pipe, and the allowable inlet pressure is less than 0.6MPa.

It is also named boiler feed pump.This series of pumps adopt the water conservancy model of high-efficiency and energy-saving products recommended by the state. The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.

● DF type: Used for transmission of corrosive liquid with temperature below 80 ºC and non-solid particles. Material sealing methods, the structure of the pump and motor model can be determined by medium, gravity, density, working temperature and suction pressure.

● DY type: Used for transmission of non-solid oily liquid and petroleum product with temperature below 80 ºC and viscosity less than 120 cst.

● MD type: Used for transmission of neutral liquid from mining well or other similar liquid. The density and size of particles of the sewage shall be less than 1.5% and 0.5mm respectively. The temperature is below 80 ºC.
