BB2 Single/Double Stage Radical Split Pump
The BB2 API610 pump has diverse structures and high pressure adaptability. The maximum allowable working pressure of the BB2 type API pump housing is usually 4MPa (G) or 5MPa (G) at room temperature. Reliable sealing design: The pump cover usually comes with a sealing chamber, which is divided into two structures: jacket water-cooled and non water-cooled. The pump shaft seal usually adopts mechanical seal or dry gas seal, and can be configured with API682 standard flushing scheme and auxiliary pipeline system. The pump radial bearing can choose rolling bearing or sliding bearing; Thrust bearings usually use angular contact ball bearings, and the lubrication method for bearings is generally oil ring self-lubricating or oil mist lubrication.
Description
Petrol-chemical process pump is a two-end supporting centrifugal pump of horizontal type, radial split, single stage, two-stage or triple-stage. It is designed according to API610 standard, BB2 type. Its basic form is single stage structure, and its impellers are divided into double suction and single suction. This series of pumps is designed strictly in accordance with the standard in terms of pump support, bearing arrangement, reservation interface, cooling and washing, cavity structure etc. Plan reasonably, enhance the universality of components, reduce maintenance time and numbers or types of spare parts.

Competitive Advantage
The pump has a horizontal, radially split, single-stage or two-stage (three-stage or four-stage can be used in special cases), centerline-mounted, and between bearing structure. Both the suction opening flange and the discharge opening flange of the pump are on the casing, and both face upwards vertically. The shaft sealing chamber and the casing cover are cast into one, which can contain various mechanical seals. An optional water-cooled chamber jacket is cast outside the shaft sealing chamber.
