BB4 API pump, also known as multi-stage single shell segmented pump or annular segmented pump, has significant advantages in specific application scenarios. However, it should be noted that the BB4 pump does not meet all the requirements of the API610 standard, such as the risk of leakage in the inter stage pressure seal, and the pump inlet and outlet pipelines need to be moved when disassembling.

It is a segmented multi-stage horizontal centrifugal pump, which is mainly composed of the pump body (suction section, middle section, discharge section), rotor components, guide vane, shaft seal system, bearing components and balancing mechanism. The suction port and discharge outlet of the pump are all vertically upward. The pump body is mounted on the base by center line support.

This product is mainly used for boiler water supply in thermal power plants and steel mills to remove iron oxide from the surface of steel plates during the hot rolling process. It is characterized by high efficiency and energy saving, reliable operation and easy maintenance.

Application

It can be used in refineries, petrochemical industries, crude oil and refined product pipelines, water injection, power plants and industrial buildings for water supply transportation, mining, seawater desalination, reverse osmosis and other occasions. It is suitable for treating boiler feed water and condensate in power plants and factories, producing pressurized water, such as for presses, hullers, descaling devices and snow making machines. It can also be used for oilfield water injection, offshore platform water injection, refinery coke removal and other additional devices.

Fluid can be Clean or slightly polluted, low temperature or high temperature, chemically neutral or corrosive liquids; industrial applications such as power plants, thermal power plants, petrochemicals, coal chemical industries, seawater desalination projects, boiler feed water, condensate water, reverse osmosis pressurization, etc.
